1. Parties and Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms govern the use of the Eventy platform, operated by Solution Circle Company for Communications and Information Technology, Commercial Registration No. 1010487777. By using an account or accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Eventy provides tools for event management, registration, invitations, badge issuance, access management, and attendance management. The functionality currently available for active events will remain available in accordance with the applicable contract.
This document does not constitute a perpetual, worldwide, or irrevocable authorization to use your Personal Data.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and enabling two-factor authentication for accounts with administrative or sensitive privileges. You must immediately report any unauthorized use to [email protected].
4. Content and Personal Data
The event organizer retains all rights in its data and event content. The event organizer grants Eventy limited, non-exclusive, and revocable authorization to process the data only to the extent necessary to provide the contracted service.
This authorization ends when the contract expires or when a lawful destruction request is fulfilled, subject to any legal obligations requiring the retention of certain data. It does not extend to any worldwide, perpetual, or irrevocable exploitation of Personal Data.
5. Prohibited Use
The platform must not be used for any unlawful activity, including collecting data without a lawful basis, misusing participant data, attempting to compromise or disrupt the service, or reselling or providing access to the platform without a written agreement.
6. Security
We apply security controls proportionate to the nature of the service and the risks associated with Personal Data. These controls include secure data transmission, access management, and security-incident response.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts and judicial authorities in Riyadh unless the applicable contract provides otherwise.
8. Amendments and Termination
These Terms may be updated by publishing a revised and dated version. Services for active events will continue to be provided in accordance with the applicable contract and the service-continuity controls established under the change-management plan.
